Iván is entrusted by Real Madrid Foundation with the responsibility of establishing the technical structure of the Real Madrid Foundation Football School in Singapore, the First soccer centre of its kind in Southeast Asia.

After a long career as footballer in the youth age groups of the Madrid Football Federation and also some time as 5-a side footballer of the Spanish Futsal Federation, Ivan is a licensed National Football Coach Level 3 of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (equivalent to a UEFA Pro Licence).
Before arriving in Singapore, Ivan coached various teams in the U10, U14 and U17 age groups for 8 years in hometown, Madrid, and achieving promotion with many of them. At the same time, he served as an assistant coach of semi-professional teams, which helped him increase his football and coaching knowledge.
Ivan has been a coach with Real Madrid C.F. and Real Madrid Foundation since 2010, having excelled in his past assignments and gained valuable experience working in the Real Madrid training headquarters, the Real Madrid Sports City at Valdebebas, and representing the Real Madrid Foundation in many football training projects around the world (such as England, USA, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, India and Australia during the Real Madrid first team tour in Melbourne 2015).
Ivan has been entrusted by the Real Madrid Foundation with the responsibility of establishing the technical structure of the Technification School in Singapore, the first of this kind in Southeast Asia.
Having earned Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Sociology and Law respectively while amassing his coaching credentials, Ivan believes in enjoying football through the mastery of the basics and applying these skills intelligently on the field.
