Family Engagement

Not only do we want our players to train and learn the Real Madrid way, we want them and their families to feel a sense of belonging to the Technical Academy and the global Real Madrid family.

Our parents and family are as involved and committed as our players, which is why we go the extra mile to engage all of our Real Madrid family in Singapore.

Family Days

With the aim of creating a close-knit community and fostering a greater sense of belonging within the Real Madrid family, our annual Family Day promises plenty of fun, featuring open sessions for players from our various training sessions, refreshing non-football activities and a parents’ match where roles are reversed!

Progress Reports

As partners in your child’s development, we want to make sure you are kept abreast of how your child is doing on the field. Therefore, we have introduced biannual progress reporting, where our coaches personally prepare individual reports on every single player in the Technical Academy and provide their professional assessment.

These comprehensive reports cover not just football development but also observations on the player’s interpersonal skills, behaviour and the understanding and practice of values.
